Tai Chi

Over the past few months we have been learning the Yang 24 form as shown in this video clip. Whilst we all aspire to reach this standard we have a long way to go but are really enjoying this form.

Tai Chi is a wonderful way to keep your body and mind in harmony and everyone who participates enjoys the benefits it gives us. if you would like to find out more about Tai Chi call in the Cowra Senior Citizens Centre on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9.00 am to 10.30 am.
